What Does a 94/100 Audit Score Actually Mean? Benchmarking Logic Precision

When an enterprise client sees a "94/100" reasoning score on a Demnex candidate passport, they aren't looking at a recruiter’s gut feeling. They are viewing a data point generated by a multi-vector objective rubric.

In the high-stakes world of RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), precision is the only metric that matters. Here is how we benchmark the top 2% of technical talent.

1. Instruction Compliance (30%)

Frontier models require strict adherence to constraints. If a prompt says "Explain this in under 200 words without using bullet points," and the evaluator uses a single bullet point, they have failed the constraint. Our simulator monitors for "Extreme Instruction Adherence," ensuring candidates can follow 10+ simultaneous logic rules.

2. Reasoning Density (30%)

We penalize "Conversational Filler." An expert audit must be objective and fact-dense. Our AI grader evaluates whether the justification provides evidence-based claims or falls into academic fluff. High-density justifications name specific logical fallacies or pinpoint exact lines of mathematical hallucination.

3. Syntax & Formatting (20%)

Flawless execution in LaTeX, Markdown, or specific code environments is non-negotiable. A broken bracket in a formula can crash a training pipeline. We test for syntactical perfection under timed pressure.

4. Speed Calibration (20%)

Accuracy is useless without throughput. Our telemetry tracks how long a candidate spends on each derivation. A "Certified Tier 1 Evaluator" must balance deep analysis with the speed required for production-grade data supply.

Conclusion

By quantifying these four vectors, Demnex provides a "Pulse Score" that gives labs and enterprises total confidence in the human capability they are deploying.
